In cases where there is less than 22.1" available width, you can alternatively mount all three modules above the NXS,
as shown in
Figure 6

There are two mounting methods for the NXS:

DIN Rail Mounting
DIN rail mounting is the preferred method. The following procedure provides step-by-step instructions for mounting
the NXS on DIN rail.
Procedure 1
To mount on DIN rail.
Step 1
Position the NXS on the DIN rail, tilting to hook clamps over the top edge of the rail (
).
Step 2
Swing the device down fully onto the DIN rail, until both clamps completely latch.
Step 3
Mount other modules (Power Supply, NXS-UPS, Battery) onto DIN rail in the same fashion—see the
installation document shipped with each module for complete details.
Step 4
If needed, secure devices with DIN rail
end-clips
provided by the DIN rail vendor.
