FireBusII
All FS7-2173 Detectors are interconnected by the FireBusII. A maximum of 12
Detectors may be attached to any SX Controller and the maximum cable length is
1000 feet. The four-conductor FireBusII supplies the 12 VDC power and RS-485
digital communications to all Detectors. The Controller supervises the FireBusII line.
Improper FireBusII operation is indicated by the Controller Fault LED.
WARNING: The Controller requires 24 VDC. Under NO circumstances
should 120 or 240 VAC be applied to the Controller’s input
power terminals or any other Controller connection
terminals.
