DRAINAGE INSTRUCTIONS
There are two options to collect the extracted water
1. In the water tank (6)
2. Via the water hose (7) which should be attached to the water out
hole (5)
WATER TANK
(See page 5)
When not using the water hose, the water will drain into the tank
at the rear of the unit. As soon as the tank is full the light (13) will
illuminate and the unit will shut off automatically. The tank should
be emptied as shown in the diagram (See Fig. 1 & Fig. 2).
CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE
(See page 5)
To use the continuous drainage function attach the water hose (7)
to the water out hole (5) as shown in diagram (See Fig. 3). Replace
the water tank and use the unit as indicated under operating
instructions.
FILTER CLEANING
(See page 5)
The filter can be removed from its slot by removing the water tank
and sliding the filter downwards as shown in diagram (See Fig. 4).
Every 2 weeks, remove the filter and clean it with warm water, below
40°C. Allow it to dry fully and then replace.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
We recommend you clean the dehumidifier regularly. Before you
start cleaning, press the power key to the OFF (12) position and pull
the plug out of the power socket.
DISINFECTION
Every two weeks you should also disinfect the water tank (6). For
this, use a domestic disinfectant. Wipe all the outer surfaces with a
soft, dry cloth.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
If you do not wish to use the dehumidifier for a longer period (a week
or more), clean the dehumidifier and dry it and store in an upright
position in a cool, dry location.
