Unit fails to
operate
1. Power Off

3. Water tank not fitted correctly

5. Defrosting

Turn power On
Plug in power cord
Re-position water tank
Empty water tank
After defrosting, the unit will start
dehumidifying again
Performance
decreased
1. Blocked air filter
2. Room windows and doors open
3. Obstacles in air outlet or air inlet
Wash and dry nylon air filter
Close room windows and doors
Remove obstacles
Unit noisy
1. Unstable setting of unit
2. Blocked air filter
Reposition unit on a flat, level surface
Wash and dry nylon air filter
Water on floor
1. Hose to connector or hose
connection may be loose
2. Intended to use the tank to collect
water, but the back drain plug is
removed
Tighten hose connections
Install back drain plug
E1 or E2
appears in
the display
1. Humidity sensor error or
Temperature sensor error
Unplug the unit and plug it back in, if error
repeats, call for service
