All Purpose Heater Operation
With the Power Knob in the OFF position ( ), plug the heater into a
polarized 120V outlet.
DO NOT FORCE THE POLARIZED PLUG INTO THE OUTLET;
it will only fit one way.
The Power Knob is equipped with (2) settings: Low ( ) and High
( ). The Low ( ) heat settings uses 900 Watts of power and the High
( ) heat settings uses 1500 Watts of power. You can select the proper
setting to accommodate your comfort level by turning the Power Knob
to the desired heat setting. When you choose any setting, the red Power
Light will come on. Because the Low ( ) heat setting does not require as
much electricity to operate, it is more energy efficient.
Turn the Thermostat Control fully clockwise to the highest setting ( ).
When the room reaches the desired temperature, slowly rotate the
thermostat knob counter-clockwise until you hear a click. The thermostat
is set at this room temperature.
When the room reaches the same temperature as the thermostat setting,
the thermostat will make a clicking sound. At this setting, the Thermostat
will automatically turn the heater on and off to maintain the desired
temperature.
To turn the unit off, turn the Power Knob counter-clockwise to the Power
Icon ( ) and the red power light is off. Unplug the heater when you are
finished using it.
