USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION (Only available with the HF715 model)
The Honeywell Turbo Force® Power Digital Oscillating Air Circulator (Model HF715) can be controllled
using the included remote. (Fig. 9)
This remote uses a button cell type battery, CR2025, which comes included
in the remote. See warning on page 2.
• Place remote in the holder located on the back of the fan base when
not in use. (Fig. 10)
• To activate the battery, simply pull the plastic tab.
• All functions can be controlled with the Remote Control:
Power Button:
Press button for
ON
; Press button again for
OFF.
Fan Speed Button
When the Power button is pressed, the unit will default to High Speed.
Each time the Fan Speed Button is pressed, the unit will cycle through
fan speeds from High to Medium to Low then back to High.
Press button once for
HIGH
Press button twice for
MEDIUM
Press button three times for
LOW
Auto-Off Timer Button for 1, 2, 4 Hours
For 1 hour:
Press the button once.
For 2 hours:
Press the button twice.
For 4 hours:
Press the button a third time.
Press the button a fourth time to turn off Auto-Off Timer.
Oscillation Button
Press button once for
ON
Press button again for
OFF
CLEANING AND STORAGE
• Turn the fan
OFF
and unplug it before cleaning.
• Use only a soft cloth or cotton swab to gently wipe the fan clean.
• To clean between the grilles, we recommend using a pipe cleaner, vacuum cleaner, flexible dust wand or
compressed air to gently remove the dust.
•
DO NOT
immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing.
•
DO NOT
use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan.
