2.3.2 What to do if Your Equipment is
Damaged or Suspect
If you have problems regarding the quality of
any supplied mimic components or this
manual, or items are missing, follow the
procedure below:

DO NOT continue with the installation but
contact your supplier for advice on what to
do next.
Similarly, if the product is found to be faulty
during installation contact your supplier
immediately.

To aid your supplier and the manufacturer,
you are requested to note all the details
relevant to your complaint, date of receipt,
packaging condition, etc. and forward this
to your supplier.

Where the product needs to be returned to
your supplier, you are requested to use the
original packaging wherever possible.
