Fitting the new inverter 

The new inverter can be fitted onto the screws. Make sure the plastic spacers are still in position on the screws before 
the inverter is fitted. 
 
Fit the M2 shakeproof washers and nuts to the screws and secure the inverter in place. 
 
The inverter lead should be threaded through the square hole in the central chassis partition. See Fig 6. Plug the 
inverter cable into the processor board. The connector is polarised, so must be fitted in the correct orientation. 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
Plug the Mother Board back into the vertical board guides, ensure it is properly seated on the processor board. 
 
Refit all the I/O boards and the power supply in the same slots as they originally occupied. Tighten up the retaining 
screws that secure the boards into the chassis. 
 
Slide the case back onto the recorder ensuring it is fitted the right way round. The cooling slots should be at the top of 
the unit. 
 
Finally fit the four M4 screws that hold the case to the chassis.
