4 Install the Lock Units
(Note: The
DL210A
fits standard door thicknesses of 1 1/2” to 2 1/8”. It is
possible to fit doors down to 1” and up to 2 1/4” in thickness door by ordering
special length of torque bars and square axes from manufactory.
4.1 Adjust Torque Bar Length
The length of torque bar is longer than normal when shipped from the factory. You
need to cut off the length of torque bar equal to thickness of the door. You can put
the outside section on the table, and let deadbolt toward up, measure the length of
deadbolt (from the base of outside section) and make a mark at thickness of the door,
than cut it.

4.2 Remove Plate and Screws from Inside Section
Remove the battery cover on Inside Section of lock. And remove
Plate
