Increase the alarm volume: Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification
panel. Touch and hold the Sound icon or press the Volume up button to access the
volume settings. Touch Volume and drag the slider to increase the volume.
Ensure that alarm sounds are enabled when your phone is muted: Go to Clock > Alarm >
Settings > Ring in silent mode.

Log in to the sub-user account that was used to set the alarm: Go to Settings > Users & accounts
> Users and select the desired sub-user.
Scenario 3:
Visitor account alarms don"t go off when you switch to another user account.
Cause:
When you switch from the visitor account to another user account, the visitor account is
suspended. Any alarms set using the visitor account will not go off.
Solution:
Log back in to the visitor account: Go to Settings > Users & accounts > Users and switch to
Guest
mode.
