Problem:
The front navigation button does not work when Gestures is enabled.
Cause:
By design, the front navigation button does not work when Gestures is enabled. The virtual
navigation keys are not displayed either.
Solution:
Navigation gestures work as follows:
o
Home screen: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
o
Back: Swipe inward from the left or right edge of the screen.
o
Recent tasks: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold.
You can switch to another navigation method that you prefer. (Open Settings, and search
for System navigation.)
Phone lags when I preview or take a photo in low-light conditions
Scenario 1: The viewfinder is slow to respond in low-light conditions.
Cause:
In low-light conditions, the frame rate decreases, which causes the viewfinder to lag.
Solution:
Move to an area with better lighting conditions or enable Flash.
Scenario 2: The camera is slow to respond when you take a photo.
Cause:
In low-light conditions, the camera processes the image to improve the image quality.
This may take a few seconds to complete.
Too many apps are running in the background, leading to a high CPU usage rate.
Solution:
Enable Flash and touch the screen to bring the image into focus. This reduces the time
required by the camera to process the image.
Charge your phone if the battery is less than 20%. Otherwise, your phone will downgrade
its performance to extend the battery life, causing your phone to lag.
