SPEED
Shown as your speed in miles per hour.
RPM
Shown as Revolutions per Minute. Improve striding technique while reducing leg
muscle fatigue by striding between 60 & 70 RPM.
PULSE
Shown as Beats Per Minute. Used to monitor your heart rate during your workout
(displayed when contact is made with both grips. Pulse can only be viewed while on
the pulse screen).
LEVEL
Shows the level of resistance. The higher the number, the more resistance you will
have to work against.
