Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console that should be removed before use.
A) TARGET LED INDICAToRS:
Indicate what target (if any) is set for the current program.
B) LED DISPLAY WINDoWS:
Time, Distance, Calories, Heart Rate, Speed, Incline and Workout Profiles.
C) ENERGY SAVER :
To minimize energy consumption, your machine will enter energy saver mode automatically (after entering
stand-by mode for 10 mins) and could be quickly waken up with a touch of a button.
D) AUDIo IN jACK:
Plug your media player into the console using the included audio cable.
E) INCLINE MYKEYS:
Used to reach desired incline more quickly. See next page for details.
f) START:
Press start to begin exercising, starts your workout, or resume exercising after pause.
G) SELECT TARGET KEY:
Press to select your desired target.
H) INCLINE / KEYS
: Used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% Increments).
I) CHANGE DISPLAY:
Press to change display feedback during workout.
j) SAfETY KEY PoSITIoN:
Enables treadmill when safety key is inserted.
K) ENTER:
Used to select programs and confirm settings.
L) SPEED / KEYS
: Used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 KMH increments).
M) AUDIo oUT:
Plug your media player into the console using the included audio cable and plug your headphones into the
other jack to listen to your music through the headphones.
N) SELECT WoRKoUT KEY
: Press to select your desired workout.
o) SToP:
Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the console.
P) SPEED MYKEYS:
Used to reach desired speed more quickly. See next page for details.
Q) MEDIA PLAYER HoLDER:
Multiple storage area to keep your phone and MP3 player.
