4-3 Threading
This section shows how to thread wire to
stitcher head.
1.
Turn wire feed ON/OFF knob to off
position. (See the drawing below)
2.
Insert wire as shown in the drawing at
right.
3.
Turn wire feed ON/OFF knob to on
position.
4.
Turn wire feed roller with adjust knob to
thread wire.

Former
Paint of

color
Before Attachment
When you purchased a new stitcher head,
put the mark with a same color on the
stitcher head and former.
This prevents the former
from being installed to
another stitcher head
after removing it.
The former is adjusted
so that the wire hold
position is aligned with
the V-shaped ditch of
the stitcher head.
Therefore, if the former
is installed to another
stitcher head, the wire
may not be stitched
correctly.
