Slide Adjust Knob
If the folded sheets are not arranged neatly, attach
the side guides.
- Install the side guides to match the width of the
folded sheet.
- Provide a little gap between the folded sheet and
each side guide so that the folded sheets are stacked
smoothly.
Delivery Mechanism
3) Move the back stop close to the main part of
the machine.
- Push the back stop back until it reaches the
delivery mechanism.
2) Adjust the back stop.
- When folding thin sheets, loosen the slide
adjusting knob to reduce the resistance to
sliding. (Do not loosen the knob too much,
or the back stop may come off). When the
slide adjusting knob is loosened, the back
stop can slide smoothly on the delivery tray.
Slide the back stop by hand and check to see
if it can slide smoothly.
- Tighten the adjusting knob a bit more when
folding thick sheets.
Use a back stop which is as tall as the folded
sheet, or slightly shorter. Use the proper size of
back stop, as shown in the figure below.
For a folded sheet height of
38-54 mm (1.6”-2.0”).
