European directive 2002/96/EC on Electrical and Electronic Equipment Waste (WEEE), requires that old household
appliances are not thrown into the normal municipal waste stream. The appliances should be collected separately to
maximize the recovery and recycling of materials and reduce the impact on human health and the environment. The
symbol of the “crossed off dustbin” is stamped on the product to recall the obligations of the separate collection.
Consumers should contact their dealer or local authorities regarding the procedure to be followed for the removal of
their product.

Charging and use
Mounting the Solar Wall Light
Important
Charge the solar lamp by placing it in direct sunlight 8-10 hours before using it. Once charged, the solar light will
automatically turn on when it gets dark and turn off when it loses charge.
Remove the mounting plate on the backside of the lamp is removed mount it in a selected location. After mounting the plate the
solar lamp is put on the mounting plate and pressed down into place.
Install the solar light in an area where there is the most direct sunlight during the day.

Activating the Motion Sensor
The light only lights when it is dark. When the sensor detects motion, the lamp turns on and stays on for 1 minute with a strong
light. When there is light, the lamp stays off to save power.
Precautions
The lamp is designed to light only in the dark. There must be no other light sources nearby that can affect the lamp. The risk is
that the lamp only emits low or no light. The lamp is charged from the manufacturer, but may have been discharged in the period
until you have received the item. Therefore, charge the lamp for an entire day to get the best possible result. Remember to keep
the solar panel clean for dust and dirt, thus obtaining the best possible charge.
