DISMANTLING INSTRUCTIONS
Safety Notes
1.
Before carrying out any work ensure that the appliance is disconnected from the mains
supply
2.
Carry out insulation resistance, continuity and functional tests on appliance after service.
3.
Personal safety precautions must be taken to protect against accidents caused by sharp
edges on metal, glass and plastic parts.
Note: - All repairs are easier to perform with the oven door removed.
A) Removing the Oven from the Cabinet
1.
Open the oven door.
2.
Pull off the rubbers side gaskets until the
4 fixing holes are exposed.
3.
Remove the 4 wood screws securing the
oven to the cabinetry.
4.
On reassembly, reposition the
2 gaskets.
B) Top Cover
1.
Remove the oven from the cabinet (A).
2.
Remove the 6 screws including one securing the serial port cover and lift clear.
C) Rear Panel
1.
Remove the oven from the cabinet (A).
2.
Remove the top cover (B).
3.
Remove the 4 screws to release the panel.
4.
Disconnect the wires from the mains junction box as
necessary to lift the panel clear. See Fig. 2.
D) Mains Junction Box
1.
Remove the oven from the cabinet (A).
2.
Remove the rear panel (C).
3.
Remove the 2 screws securing the junction box to the back
panel. See Fig. 3.
4.
Release retaining lugs and lift clear.
