When the appliance is turned on for the first time, a short-term smell of burnt oil 

can occur - it means that an excess lubricant available on the heating element 

is removed. This is not a failure symptom.

The appliance is not intended for actuation of an external timer or separate 

remote control system.

Before the first use

•  Remove the appliance from packaging and remove all the packing materials.
•  Unwind the power cord in full.
•  Place the appliance on a dry, flat and heat-resistant surface.
•  Before  turning  on,  make  sure  that  the  voltage  indicated  on  appliance 

nameplate corresponds to the voltage of electric network.

•  Plug the appliance into electric outlet. The appliance is ready for use.
•  Without  inserting  food  into  the toaster, turn  it on  and  set the timer  (5)  to 

maximum position. 

•  After the appliance automatically switches off, repeat this procedure again, 

while ventilating the room. 

•  When  the  appliance  is  switched  on  for  the  first  time,  a  short-term  smell

Using the appliance

•  Plug the appliance into electric outlet and place the prepared bread slices in 

special compartments (3).
