This interchangeable lens is for cameras which have C mounts. Do not use for any
other purpose.
1. Avoid physical shock to the lens. This could cause malfunction to the lens.
2. Do not expose this lens to direct sunlight while combining with a camera.
Such exposure could damage the image sensor.

Remove the caps of the lens, then
attach to the Hozan’s C mount camera.

Locate the object from the lens top;
100 mm or more for L-600-12,
250 mm or more for L-600-35.

Focus using the focus ring.
* There are C mount cameras in the market mounts of which are made into C
mounts being converted by C mount rings. They could cause some
disagreement between the camera and the lens. In case of this, please use
after interchange the original C mount ring of the camera into the C mount
ring accompanied with this product.

Adjust the aperture using the aperture ring to
obtain required quantity of light and depth
of field (area where it’s in focus) .

Secure the each ring set screw after focusing and adjusting the iris.
Regarding magnification
The distance between the object and the lens can be held freely. When they are
close, it is suitable for inspecting fine sections because of high magnification.
While they are distant, it is suitable for inspecting wider fields because of low
magnification. Please locate corresponding inspection scenes.
Regarding aperture and f-number
Brightness of the image and depth of field can be changed by adjusting the
aperture. If select smaller f-number, the image becomes bright but depth of field
becomes shallow.
If select larger f-number, depth of field becomes deep but the image becomes
dark.
