Running a Program
To run or
execute
a program, program entry cannot be active (no program–line
numbers displayed;
PRGM
off). Pressing
will cancel Program–entry mode.
Executing a Program (XEQ)
Press
label
to execute the program labeled with that letter:
To execute a program from it’s beginning press
label
. For example,
press
A
. The display will show ”
” and execution will
start at the top of Label A.
You can also execute a program starting at another position by pressing
label Line number, for example
.
If there is only one program in memory, you can also execute it after moving pointer
to the top of the program line and pressing
(run / stop) key. The
PRGM
annunciator displays and the
annunciator turns on while the program is running.
If necessary, enter the data before executing the program.
Example:
Run the programs labeled A and E to find the areas of three different circles with
radii of 5, 2.5, and 2

. Remember to enter the radius before executing A or E.
