This
test

is

to

GHz,
and
the
tracking
generator's
attenuator
(if

is
set
to

The
tracking
generator
output

is
then
set
to

dBm,
and
a
reference
reading
is
taken
with
the
p o
w
er
meter.
The
output

w
er
is
then
stepp ed
in

incremen
ts

the

to

range.
The
absolute
error

een
the
programmed
amplitude
(what
