You can delete a file using the
delete
[
/unreserved
]
file

url
command in user view. In the
command,
/unreserved
deletes a file permanently, and
file
-
url
specifies the file to be deleted.
# Delete the file test.txt in the root directory.
<HP> delete test.txt
Delete cfa0:/test.txt?[Y/N]:y
%Delete file cfa0:/test.txt...Done.
Now, the file test.txt is moved to the recycle bin. If you want to restore the file, you can use the
undelete
command.
# Restore the file test.txt from the recycle bin.
<HP> undelete test.txt
Undelete cfa0:/test.txt? [Y/N]:y
% Undeleted file cfa0:/test.txt.

Dealing with Password Loss
When the BootWare password, user password or super password is lost, resort to the following
