2. If you have a configuration that provides direct VXI backplane

access (VXLINK, MXI, Embedded), you need to configure the
HP VEE I/O to be able to directly access the HP E1313/E1413 FIFO
register and the CVT table.

Configuring to access the FIFO is done by selecting:
