NOTE:
The connector board cable is available in the Cable Kit, spare part number M20833-001.
Before removing the connector board cable, follow these steps:
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly (

2.
Remove the bottom cover (
).
3.
Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (
).
Remove the connector board cable:
1.
Release the zero insertion force (ZIF) connector (1) to which the connector board cable is connected, and
then disconnect the cable from the system board.
2.
Release the ZIF connector (2) to which the connector board cable is connected, and then disconnect the
cable from the connector board.
3.
Remove the connector board cable (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the connector board cable.
