Troubleshooting
Install software cannot ping the OA
This condition can occur if OA2 becomes the Active OA. Configure the OA as follows to resolve
this condition:
1.
From the Main Menu of the Insight Display, navigate to
Enclosure Settings
and press
OK
.
2.
On the Enclosure Settings screen, select
Active OA
and press
OK
.
3.
On the Network Settings: OA1 Active screen, select
Network Properties
and press
OK
.
