Switch the following circuit breakers and power isolators ON:

22Q5

22Q3
c.
26F1

Switch the following circuit breakers ON:

Verify that the voltage between the Pins is 230V.
Make sure that the LEDs at the
front of the Mains Cabinet M1
remain lit.
Note:
For each of the following tests, the Connections are 3 x 400V + N + G.
The Neutral and Phase should also be checked against Ground.

Turn the circuit breakers
11F6 and 11G6
on.
Single phase emergency power
supply.
13.
Turn the circuit breakers
20F8 and 24F1
on.
Make sure that the Cabinet Fan works correctly
Make sure that the Power Supply (20G8) green LED is ON
24V Power Supply
For all Electrical cabinets

Turn the circuit breakers
20F8.1
on
Make sure that the PLC LEDs are lit
The I/O (60A0 – 60A2) LEDs do not light at this stage.
24V Power Supply
For both electrical cabinets
(Figure 44 and Figure 45)

Turn the following circuit breakers on:
a.
20F3.1
b.
43F1
c.
22F7
16.
Check that the Emergency LEDs at 33K8, 33K9, 33K10,
33K11 switch on:
a.
Turn the Emergency OFF then on.
b.
Press Control on.
c.
Make sure that the LED at
33K0
is lit.

Make sure the circuit breaker at
11F6.1 is switched on.

At the ILP touch screen panel
Verify that the Emergency Buttons and Control on buttons
work correctly

Insert Technical Bypass keys to the Interlocks.
20.
Verify that the Relay
