At the ILP feed
i.
While one person places a leveler on the idler No. 3 (Figure 75), and then idler No. 10
(Figure 63), another person should adjust the pull/push screws at the feed and exit of
the rear lower frame:
i.
Turn the push screw counterclockwise to release the internal frame.
ii.
Turn the pull screw to adjust the skew of the ILP frame until leveled.
iii.
Tighten the push screw to accurately align the ILP.
Repeat until the ILP are sitting firmly on the floor and the ILP is level.
Measure the level to an accuracy of 0.0±0.1 mm.

Tighten the six leveling screws until just tight.
Then turn the adjustment nuts one further complete turn and tighten the locking nuts.
At the ILP exit
k. Repeat
g above, placing a leveler on the idler No. 10 (Figure 63), and adjust the
two feet 20 mm height adjustment nuts until accurately leveled.
Measure the level to an accuracy of 0.0±0.1 mm.

Tighten the six leveling screws until just tight and
Then turn the adjustment nuts one further complete turn and tighten the locking nuts.

Configure the parallel jig for the long configuration. Refer to the section General information
on page 17.

To align the ILP using the parallel jig:
a.
Remove the two screws securing the IR sensor bracket.
Save the screws for later reinstallation.
Carefully place the bracket and sensor aside. Do not disconnect its cable.
