No illegally assembled or modified micro-tillers shall be used.

Personnel conditions
a)
Operators should be trained in safe operation and master safe operation skills.

Operators with long hair should braid and wear work caps
c)
When operating the micro-tillage machine, the operator should tie up the
clothes, cuffs and trousers to avoid being entangled.
d)
No person may operate a micro-tillage machine under any of the following
circumstances:
-Suffering from diseases that impede safe operation;
-Drinking alcohol or using psychotropic drugs or narcotic drugs under state
control;
-Pregnant women, minors and people who do not have full capacity to act.

The distance between the micro-cultivator and the non-operator shall not be less
than 5m.

a)
According to the safety requirements of the operation manual, check and
confirm that all parts are in good safety and technical condition.

Before starting, the transmission lever should be in neutral position, the power
transmission between the engine and the transmission box should be in a separate state,
and the throttle switch should be in the starting position.

Before starting the operation, the operator should correctly install the plough
knife, resistance bar and other working parts, and confirm their effectiveness.
d)
Operator's body should avoid contact with rotating, moving, high temperature
and other dangerous parts.
