During the operation of the device, please make sure that the connection cable of the
charging unit does not come into contact with heat and oil or gets damaged by sharp
edges. Damaged connection cables can cause fires, short circuits and electric shocks.
Do not expose the soldering device to high temperatures, strong vibrations or moisture /
excessive humidity.
Suitable protective clothing and goggles must be worn when
soldering. Liquid solder and solder splashes can cause severe
burns or eye damage!
Ensure adequate ventilation when soldering.
Solder and flux fumes can be harmful to health.
RISK OF BURNS!
The soldering tips can reach temperatures of up to 380 ° Celsius.
Please do not touch the soldering tip after you have turned on the
device. Do not lean the device or the tip against any objects as long as
the soldering tip has not fully cooled down.
DANGER! DANGER TO LIFE DUE TO ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
If water gets into the housing of the charging unit, it can cause a fatal
electric shock.
Keep the device away from water.
If water gets into the device, immediately pull out the mains plug from
the electrical outlet and do no longer use the device.
The soldering device is not approved to be used on human beings and
animals.
Never operate your soldering device right away after it has been moved from
a cold to a warm room. Under unfavourable conditions, the resulting conden-
sation could destroy your soldering device. In addition, there is a risk of a fatal
electric shock!
Let your soldering device reach room temperature first, before it is
connected and used.
7. Commissioning and operation
7.1 Assembly
A cover

serves for the insulation of the soldering tip connections as well as a support
for the light fittings². If the solder joints need to be illuminated, either 1 or 2 light fittings

a) Insert the light fittings² into the grooves of the cover³.
b) Untighten the clamping screws
