5.6 USE OF THE SCREENING MODE
1. Switch on the instrument.
2. Set the emissivity parameter to a value between
0.95
and
0.98
(typically 0.95).
3.
Activate the “Screening” mode (see § 5.2.1.2).
4. Activate the Face mode (see § 5.2.2).
5. Select the desired color palette (Iron or Grey scale recommended
6. Select the AUTO measuring mode (see § 5.3).
7. Frame the item to be tested at max distance of 2m
