How to activate your Business Warranty Service

Go to the link below:

https://enterprise.vive.com/portal
(tip: Use google chrome)

Click on ‘register now’ if you don’t have a viveport account. If you do
have an account click on sign in. .
3.
Click on the left hand side on ‘device registration’. There you can
register a new device.

Enter the serial number of your device. You can find the serial
number on the outside of the box.
4.
Enter your business warranty service key number.
a.
This Warranty Service number should be provided by
VR-Expert with the purchase.
How to connect to the Wi-Fi

Click on ‘Settings’ in the task bar.

Click on ‘Wi-Fi’.
●
Choose the Wi-Fi you want to connect with and select it.
●
Enter the password of the selected Wi-Fi and click connect.
