Operating procedure
The Recirculator operating time should be recorded in the Readings and Monitoring Log. Results of
visual observations of the germicidal lamp surface cleanliness should be recorded periodically to
determine the optimal period for the Recirculator preventive maintenance.
Operation of the device in the closed-type air recirculator-irradiator mode:
1) Place the recirculator on a hard surface using a stand in an open space of at least 1 m²;
2) If it is necessary to install on a wall, it is necessary to dismantle the stand by first unscrewing the
bolts of the stand clamps;
3) Screw the hangers (brackets) supplied with the recirculator into the holes to fix them.
4) Connect the cable to the power connector;
5) Turn on the power button of the recirculator.
Operation of the device in the open-type air recirculator-irradiator mode:
1)
Turn off the Recirculator with the power button 1;
2)
Install the device with its face towards the surfaces to be irradiated;
3)
Open the reactor chamber door;
4)
Step out of direct exposure to UV radiation (behind the unit) as shown in figure 1;
5)
Put the safety glasses on;
6)
Turn on the device in the irradiation mode by pressing the power button 1;
7)
Leave the room for the entire period of the irradiator operation. The recommended operating
time of the Recirculator in open mode is 15-90 minutes for a 20 m² room.
