This warranty does not infringe any Consumer legal rights granted by the applicable law.
6.
Complaints.
The customer submits a complaint letter (if any) regarding the quality of the Recirculator to the
manufacturer. In the complaint the customer has to list the shortcomings: technical failures, visible
defects, etc. The complaint must be accompanied by the documents confirming the shortcomings of
the Recirculator. The claim can be made within the warranty period.
All the complaints, their summary and the measures taken must be recorded in the table as
follows:

Disposal Procedure

The Recirculator structure and materials do not harm the environment and human health during
its storage, transportation and operation in compliance with operational documentation and
safety rules.

The Recirculator end-of-life disposal is associated with the process of decommissioning,
decontamination (if necessary), removing from active inventory and forwarding to disposal.

Upon expiration of the assigned parameters (service life) of The Recirculator it is taken from
operation. The end-user decides to:
- repair The Recirculator;
- verify and establish some new assigned parameters (service life);
- recycle it.
Verification and establishment of the new assigned parameters (service life) is carried out
according to the consumer program and methodology or manufacturer’s recommendations.

It is recommended to utilize The Recirculator as consumer waste to the recyclable materials
and resources. The Recirculator must be disposed in compliance with the requirements listed in
paragraph 13.5 of this Section.

If consumer decides to utilize The Recirculator and its components, he must follow the
requirements of waste management and environmental protection in accordance with:
- Russian Federal Law
"
Waste generated by production and consumption";
- Russian Federal Law "
Environmental Protection Act ";
- health regulations and standards currently in force in the Russian Federation;
- national and international standards for resource conservation;
- other Federal laws and laws and regulations of the Russian Federation adopted in accordance
with them, Laws and other normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian
Federation in force at the moment of liquidation (utilization).

The Recirculator may be disposed according to the Rules of waste management and any other
document approved by the consumer. The approved consumer rules for waste disposal may not
violate the requirements listed in the paragraph 13.5 of this Section and may not be in contrary
with the Requirements of waste management and environmental protection established in the
Russian Federation.

The Recirculator can be passed to a sole trader or authorized organization carrying out the
activities on collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization and disposal of
waste. Utilization of The Recirculator may not violate the requirements listed in paragraph 13.5
of this Section.
