Step 9
After checking that the battery strings are properly connected, turn on the battery switch (if
there are multiple battery strings, turn on the switch for each battery string, and then turn on
the general switch between the battery strings and the UPS).
After you turn on the battery switch, the
No battery
alarm disappears on the MDU.
Step 10
Close the UPS output circuit breaker on the output PDC, or turn on the external output
distribution switch to supply power to loads.
If the UPS has powered on or is working in bypass mode and you need to transfer the UPS to normal
mode, check that no alarm has been generated and perform
If the UPS has powered off, perform all of the preceding steps.
