10 Troubleshooting

Remove the battery from the phone and connect the phone to a DC power supply. Power on
the phone and check the current on the phone.

No current: Check whether the power key functions properly. Change the PCBA if the
failure is not caused by the power key.
Weak current (25–80 mA): Forcibly upgrade the phone software using a microSD card or
USB cable. If the upgrade fails, replace the PCBA.
Excessive current (or high current): If the current is above 800 mA, replace the PCBA.
