Analyze the cause of the fault, and work out and record the preventive measures.
7.5 Emergency Operations for Overtemperature
Prerequisites
The FusionModule1000 is experiencing overtemperature or an overtemperature alarm is
generated.
Procedure
Step 1
Locate the high-temperature area.
Step 2
Measure the actual ambient temperature using a thermometer.
Step 3
Check whether the actual temperature exceeds the designed normal range.
If no, check whether the T/H sensor is faulty, and replace by following instructions in
Replacing a Polymer T/H Sensor
if it is faulty.
If yes, go to
Step 4
Use a fan to blow cold air from other areas to the high-temperature area to cool the area.
