For the diagram, see the quick installation guide for the solution in use.
Procedure
Step 1
(Optional) Use the ESD floor suction plate to open the aisle floor where a condensate
drainpipe needs to be replaced.
Step 2
Remove the water inside the cylinder using a sucker and water container.
Wipe off the water with a dry cloth if there is not much water.
Step 3
Remove all fasteners and the thermal insulation foam from the condensate drainpipe.
Step 4
Remove the condensate drainpipe from the precision air conditioner, and block the condensate
drainage port using a rubber plug.
Hold the removed drainpipe properly to prevent residual water from flowing out into the container.
Step 5
Remove the other end of the condensate drainpipe.
Step 6
Take out the rubber plug and install a new condensate drainpipe.
Step 7
Check that the new condensate drainpipe is working properly.
If there is no water in the condensate water pan, the condensate drainpipe is working properly.
Step 8
After verifying that the condensate drain pipe is working properly, dry the drainpipe using the
dry rag, reinstall condensate pipe fasteners, and wrap the thermal insulation foam.
Step 9
(Optional) Reinstall the aisle floor.
----End
Follow-up Procedure
Dispose of the removed condensate drainpipe that is confirmed faulty.
