4.18 Why does my phone run slowly?
Go to
Phone Manager
, touch
Scan

and follow the onscreen instructions to optimize
your phone.
Close applications not in use.
Clear the application cache.
Clear the browser cache and history.
Restart your phone.
If the problem persists, back up important data and restore your phone to its factory settings.
4.19 What can I do if my phone doesn't have sufficient
storage space?
Go to

Storage cleaner
, and follow the onscreen instructions to
clean up your storage.
If you have inserted a microSD card into your phone, move your photos, songs, videos,
and other files to the microSD card.
Uninstall applications you no longer use.
Clear the application cache.
Open the browser and delete locally cached content and the browsing history.
If the problem persists, back up important data and restore your phone to its factory settings.
4.20 What can I do if I can't access the Internet after I turn
on my mobile network?
Make sure your SIM card has sufficient balance. Your service provider may stop
providing Internet access to SIM cards that have a negative balance.
Restore the APN settings to their default values.

4.21 What can I do if my phone can't connect to a Wi-Fi
hotspot?
Check whether the Wi-Fi hotspot name or password has changed. If so, obtain the new
information and try again.
Make sure you are within the working range of the Wi-Fi hotspot; otherwise the Wi-Fi
connection will automatically disconnect.
To connect to some public Wi-Fi hotspot, you may need to log in to a web page for
registration. For details, contact the Wi-Fi hotspot provider.
