4.22 What can I do if the call volume is too low or the call
quality is poor?
During the call, press the volume up button to increase the call volume.
Make calls in places with good reception.
Use the Huawei original headset for calls. Other headsets may not be compatible with
your phone.
4.23 Why can't I send messages?
Your phone reception may be poor. Take your phone to a place with good reception and
try again.
Your may be experiencing a network rush. Wait a while and try again.
Make sure the recipient's phone number is correct.
4.24 Why can't my phone open some audio clips or videos?
Your phone may not support the file format. Supported video and audio formats include
MP3, WAV, OGG, MID, AMR, MPEG-4, and 3GP. Dolby-related audio codes including
AC3 and eAC are not supported.
The file may be corrupted. Download another copy of the file and try opening it again.
The file may be copyright-protected. Obtain a non copyright-protected version of the
file.
4.25 Why can't I transfer files to another Bluetooth device
that I've already paired with?
The distance between your phone and the other Bluetooth device may be over 10 meters.
The other Bluetooth device may fail to respond to your file transfer request in time.
The other Bluetooth device may not support the format of the file you are trying to send.
4.26 What can I do if the positioning and navigation
information displayed on my phone is inaccurate?
The positioning accuracy depends on the GPS satellites and map accuracy. Bring your phone
to an outdoor location with good reception.
