Check whether long pipes are used in the cooling system. If long pipes are
used, the charged amount of refrigerant is calculated and the required
amount of the refrigerant oil is charged into the cooling system.
Context
●
You can charge the refrigerant oil during the vacuumization. The refrigerant
oil is absorbed into the system by the negative pressure generated during the
vacuumization.
●
The oil injection port must be far away from the vacuumization port so that
the charged refrigerant oil will not be pumped out by the vacuum pump. The
advised port is 1 as shown in

When vacuumization is interrupted, please close the pressure gauge.
Vacuumizing the cooling system for 20s and then open the pressure gauge
when go on to vacuumization.
NO TE
The NetCol8000-A100 has dual systems, so the other cooling system also needs to be
vacuumized.
Procedure
Step 1 Switch off the circuit breakers of components except the transformer, and switch
on the general power circuit breaker.

You can enter the diagnostic mode only when the system is turned on.
Step 2 Check whether the low-temperature component is installed on the outdoor side.

If no low-temperature component is installed on the outdoor side,
vacuumizing the cooling system from the high pressure needle valve and low
pressure needle valve at the same time.
