5.1 Unpacking and Checking Goods
An N8500 assembly contains multiple components. Each component packing box is attached
with a packing list. You need to check the number and appearance of components according to
packing lists.
After receiving goods, check whether they are consistent with the
Packing List
.
l
If the
Packing List
states
deficient goods
, contact Huawei local office for handling, and
then sign the
Packing List
. If short, wrong, or excessive shipments occur or goods are
damaged, the project supervisor and the customer representative shall sign
Memo for
Unpacking and Checking Goods
and
Packing List
. The project supervisor fills out the
Goods Feedback Sheet
, submits it to the local office, and maintains the defective goods
(including internal and external packages) for later investigations.
l
If goods are in good condition, the project superior and customer representative sign the
Packing List
.
NOTE
The
Packing List
is an information list attached to the packing box. It provides information about the
purchase orders, customer names, and other delivery materials.
When you have confirmed that goods are in good condition and all related information is
consistent with the packing list, unpack components according to the instructions on the packing
box and avoid any damage to the device during unpacking.
