Installation procedure
Strip a part of the insulation layer B of the power
cable according to the cross-sectional area of the
conductor, and ensure that the conductor C of the
power cable is exposed for the length L1.
Route the conductor of the power cable into the cord
end terminal A, and then align the conductor with the
edge of the cord end terminal.

When stripping the insulation layer of a power cable, do not damage the metallic conductor of the power cable.
After the conductor is routed into the cord end terminal, the exposed part of the conductor of the power cable
cannot be more than 1 mm long.

Determine the cross-sectional area and crimp the
joint parts of the cord end terminal and the conductor
of the power cable using a crimping tool.
After crimping the terminal, check the maximum width of
the terminal, which needs to be less than the maximum
width specified in the table.
