3.5 Installing Antenna Stand on Cement Base on Roof
3.5.1 Requirements of Cement Base

The dimensions (length
×
width
×
height) of the cement base should be 500 mm
×
500 mm
×
200 mm.
z
The cement base should be made of concrete and reinforcing steel bars. It
should be strong enough for mounting the expansion bolts.
z
The upper surface of the cement base should be as horizontal as possible and
thus the antenna supporting post can stand upright.
z
If the customer permits and the roof has the enough waterproof performance,
roughen the installation location at the roof to fix the cement base onto the roof
securely.
z
Take the ambient temperature into consideration during the course of making the
base. Especially in the cold region, the cement base should be prepared
beforehand lest that the project is prolonged due to the cold weather in which the
construction is not allowed.
