4) Insert the support lever into the base to see whether the lever is erected
vertically. It is required that the included angle between the support lever and the
direction of the plummet should be smaller than 5°. If it can not be reached,
adjust the base.
Caution:
In order to ensure that the project is completed as scheduled, it is required that the cement base be
done before the equipment installation.
3.6 Installation Antenna Stand on Parapet on Roof
3.6.1 Requirements for Parapet

The location and surroundings of the parapet should meet the requirements
specified in “3.3 Locating GPS Antenna”.

If installed on the parapet, the antenna should be located in the place where it
does not affect the nice appearance of the office building, preferably, in an
unnoticeable place.

The parapet should be strong and high enough for drilling so that the expansion
bolts can be mounted.
3.6.2 Introduction to Antenna Stand installing on Roof
Figure 3-5 illustrates the antenna stand installed on building roof. The diameter of the
metal base of the GPS antenna stand is 300 mm and that of the stand mounting hole
is 11 mm. This kind of stand can be installed both on parapet on roof. If it is installed
on the parapet, the metal base of the stand should be disassembled first, and then
fasten the stand on the parapet using fixed clamp.
3.6.3 Installation Procedures
When install the stand on parapet, the installation procedure is as follows.
1) Disassemble the metal base of the stand if there is.
2) Stand the antenna pole, with the end where antenna receiving connector is
located, upward, make the pole leaned along the wall vertically, and mark the
position where the hole is to be drilled with a project pen. In order to ensure the
