Step 30 When oil injection is completed, close the oil storage bag valve, close the oil drain
valve at the bottom of the transformer and the oil pump.
NO TE
1. Observe the oil level gauge. The oil level should be higher than the normal oil level.
2. Observe the surrounding of the box cover for oil leakage.
Step 31 Deflate the radiator.
NO TE
1. Use a cleaning cloth cover the air exhausting plug.
2. Open the cover of the air exhausting plug.
3. Loosen the air exhausting plug bolt and start to deflate.
4. When oil leaks out of the vent plug, tighten the bolts, finish deflating and then wipe the
leaked oil with cleaning cloth and cover it.
5. Deflate all radiator in the same manners.
6. After the completion of the deflation, the transformer oil level will decrease relative to
that before the deflation.
