Web-based Remote Management
About This Chapter
Your TE30 supports remote management using its web interface. From this web interface, you
can set parameters, view settings, and control the TE30.
The major features for operating the TE30 using the web interface are as follows:
l
A computer is used to access the IP network where the TE30 is located.
l
When you log in to the TE30 web interface, the TE30 web pages are displayed.
l
A maximum of three users can simultaneously log in to the TE30 web interface. The
administrator can configure the TE30, while common or API users can customize only
personal settings.
l
A user who uses the remote control to operate the TE30 has higher rights than any user
who logs in to the TE30 using the TE30 web interface. The former can grant the control
right to or revoke the control right of the latter.
l
On the TE30 web interface, you can import and export address books and configuration
files.
l
You can import license files on the web interface.
l
When inputting information in quantity, such as adding sites to an address book, use the
web interface, which is more convenient than using the remote control.
After web-based login is enabled, you can log in to the TE30 using its web interface.
