, enter a template name, for example,

Add a group to the template, as the

Create Group

group is displayed under
Group Name
.

Create Group
group and change the group name to, for example,

.

Add sites to the new group, as the

Group Name

Add from Address Book
to add sites from the
address book, or click
Add Temporary Site
to add temporary sites.

After being saved, a site template is displayed under

When one of the sites in the site template is in a conference, the site template name is listed in

drop-down list box on the
Conference Control

From the
Template Name
drop-down list box, select the site template you want to edit. Click
Edit
.

Modify the settings of the site template.

Select the site template you want to delete.

You can create a caption on your endpoint. In addition, you can share the caption with remote
sites during a conference.
Your endpoint supports T.140 and non-T.140 captions.
