Ground cables, AC input power cables, and cables in the
cabinet are connected correctly according to the power system
wiring diagram. Screws are tightened. Output and input cables
are not short-circuited.

Extra power and ground cable are stripped off, not coiled.

The lugs at both ends of each power cable or ground cable are
properly crimped.

Bare wires and lug handles at the wiring terminals are wrapped
tightly with insulation tape or heat shrink tubing.

The flat washer and spring washer are mounted securely to all
the wiring terminals.

2.4.11 Powering On the USG9520 - DC Power Distribution
Check whether the USG9520 is operating properly with the DC power supply. Power on the
USG9520 according to the following requirements to ensure device security.

Before performing a power-on check, switch all circuit breakers to the OFF position.
Before you power on the USG9580, ensure that:

The power cable and PGND cable are properly connected.

The power switch in the equipment room is easy to locate so that you can quickly power
off devices in case of any problems.
