Follow-up Procedure

Gather up and store the tools.

If a replaced fan module is confirmed to be faulty, fill in the
Faulty Card for Repair
and
send the faulty fan module and the card to the local Huawei office for repair.
After replacing the fan module, collect all tools. If the replaced fan module is faulty, fill in the
and send the faulty module with the Repair Transmission Sheet
to the equipment supplier or the specified repair service provider.
3.3.2 Replacing the Fan Module of the USG9560
This section describes the fan module of the USG9560 and the procedure for replacing the fan
module.
Precautions

When removing an old fan module, first pull it out about 5 cm, then stop. After the fans
stop rotating, continue pulling out the module.

The USG9560 has two fan modules. You can replace only one fan at a time.

The fan modules of the USG9560 are located at the rear of the chassis.
