Check that the traffic policy is applied correctly.
Run the
display traffic-policy applied-record
command to check whether a traffic policy is
applied:

If the value of
Policy total applied times
is 0, the traffic policy is not applied. Run the
traffic-policy
command to apply the traffic policy to an interface or a sub-interface.
